Foundation.

A home’s foundation is the load-bearing portion of the structure.

We suggest 2 types of concrete foundations:

• Strip foundation
• Slab foundation

If you choose for slab foundation the major sewer pipes needs to positioned before pouring the concrete. Electrical wiring, water supply and the smaller sewer pipes are placed on top of the slab foundation and covered by the screed floor.

Wall elements.

The prefabricated walls are made up out of 3 layers concrete composite and is 200 mm thick. The elements are glued together with a cement based paste. After bringing the wall elements in position and setting up the formwork concrete is poured. The concrete forms the pillars and a ringbeam to secure the structural integrity of your home. The positioning of electricity, water supply and sewer are already build in the wall elements. The walls are well isolated, 4 hours fire resistant and soundproof.

Roof elements.   

The first layer of 100 mm roof panel will be placed on the ring beam. The primary function of the first layer is to keep your home well isolated and provide structural integrity of the roof.

The second layer roof panels is protecting your home against environmental influences.

Install electricity, water and the sewer lines.

The last step of the structural work is installing electricity, water and the sewer lines.

Q-spraystuc wall finishing system.

The finishing touch to make your home resistant to extreme weather conditions!

The walls will be pre-treated with a base layer and the joints covered with a mesh. With an airless spray gun the Q-spray will be applied in the desired structure. Q-spraystuc consists a high quality coloured mineral that is able to clean itself, lets the moisture inside your walls escape and prevent moisture from outside to get in. When applied properly Q-spraystuc will keep your home looking brand new for approximately 20 years.  

Second last step.

The placement of the exterior doors with windows to create an accessible and open feeling. The interior doors to make your home soundproof and the double plane tip-tilt windows filling your room with natural light.
