BD&T offers a wide scale of homes with various bathrooms and bedrooms. Set the filters according to your wishes to streamline the selection process.

Transportation.

BD&T provides the manufacturing and transportation of the prefabricated homes within approximately 3 months.

Transport costs depend on the selected country and house type. Transport costs are shown directly on site after entering your data. The container will be delivered to the nearest seaport, you or one of our local partners has to arrange transport to your construction site. The container consists of all numbered parts that corresponds with the construction manual. The construction manual that will guide you every step of the way!

Assembly.

Due to our quick building system you will be able to move in within 6 weeks!

Building a home can be a challenge. That’s why we have thought of every single little detail. At the stage of designing we start dividing everything into simple elements to save you time and effort during assembly. The included assembly manual makes it possible to accomplish for those who masters the basic skills and works with the right instruments to build a home.

BD&T wants the process to go as smooth as possible. That’s why we also offer to work with one of our partners. We work closely with local construction companies that will make the experience comfortable, transparent and predictable.
